Ingredients | 5 oz (150 ml) hot water or rooibos tea | | ¾ oz (22.5 ml) fresh lemon juice | | ¾ oz (22.5 ml) honey syrup | | 1 cinnamon stick |
Method | 1. | Warm a mug with hot water and pour it out. | | 2. | Add the lemon and honey syrup, then the hot water or tea. | | 3. | Stir with the cinnamon stick and leave it in. |
